The FindRehabCenters directory portal was built using the WordPress CMS, Yootheme’s UiKit/Warp framework, and a customized version of the Sabai directory plugin. SAMSHA’s entire rehab center database (over 11,000 listings) was imported into the site and mapped out by city and state. Also, an html5 state map of the USA lets people visually search by location.
FindRehabCenters has also provided supplementary print materials to addiction counseling centers at colleges and universities nationwide. These print materials extend the free resource of the FindRehabCenters.org website by providing a simple overview of the site’s most useful tips and tools.
